Our esteemed pop-up dinner series is back in action June 4th! Join us as we discover the bright flavors of Italy with Chef Devon Chase. Devon is Head Chef at Hamlet in Portland, the newest hot spot from James Beard Award finalist Cathy Whims (Genoa, Nostrana, Oven & Shaker). “I love what Devon’s adding to the menu, her experience has helped her hone this varied aesthetic that’s rooted in European tradition, and focused on flavor. Now she’s translating that to Hamlet,” adds Whims, referring to Chases’s years at Nostrana, Oven & Shaker and most recently at Johanna Wares’ Asian fusion temple Smallwares.
While as Chef De Cuisine of Oven & Shaker, Devon was sent to New York as an “Up and Comer” to cook at City Grit, a culinary salon wanting to showcase Oregon chefs.
Devon brings years of experience with Italian cuisine and has created a bright, dynamic menu for our fourth Supper Club Event! Each course is meticulously paired with Oregon Olive Mill EVOO, Aperö Gourmet vinegar and Durant Vineyards wines.
Price: $95 per person
We ask that all class & event fees be settled at the time of your reservation. You may cancel your reservation 14 days prior to the date of the event or class and receive a full refund. Within 14 days of the class or event reservations are non-refundable, although you may transfer your reservation to friends or family.
