Join Sarah Marshall (owner; Marshall’s Haute Sauce & author; Preservation Pantry) in this interactive and hands on water-bath canning class. Walk away with all the skills you need to start safely canning your own food at home! We will discuss supplies, recipes, and go thru the canning process together. You will work on your own jar of Carrot Cumin Slaw to take home at the end of the class. Sarah will also demonstrate how to make Carrot Top Pesto, to inspire full-use preservation in your own home.
