About Chef Karl Holl: Growing up in grandmother’s restaurant in Vermont gave him an early appreciation for food and the restaurant industry. With over 15 years experience in high-volume kitchens left San Francisco with a dream to grow the food he cooks and bring education and awareness to local food systems from a culinary perspective.
