An Italian tomato demonstration from Italian vegetable variety expert Evan Gregoire of the Portland Seedhouse. In this class you will learn how to breakdown your tomatoes in ways that the Italian Grandmothers would be proud of. Passata, paste, fresh, dried, conserva, and whole preparations will be prepared for tasting with Oregon Olive Mill 8-year aged balsamic, Oregon Olive Mill Arbequina EVOO and Red Ridge Black Cyprus salt.
