Red Ridge Farms is pleased to host its annual harvest dinner, featuring our estate-milled extra virgin olive oils, along with our Durant Vineyards estate wines. Chef Vitaly Paley—of Paley’s Place and Imperial in Portland—will prepare four courses of perfectly-executed, elegant fare, showcasing local and sustainably-produced food. Hors d’Oeuvres will be served on our patio and owner Paul Durant will offer a tour of the Northwest’s premier milling facility the Oregon Olive Mill.
