Dear friend of the farm,

This event has been canceled.  The health and safety of our guests and employees is our highest priority. As announcements and restrictions are released from the CDC surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19) we will evaluate all events, tastings, and guest experiences on a case-by-case basis.  We can assure you that we are committed to the highest levels of cleanliness, sanitation, and anticipated crowd control to maintain the respite environment that our guests have come to love about Red Ridge Farms.

We are fully refunding all purchased tickets and truly apologize for this inconvenience.

Red Ridge Farms and Durant Vineyards Tasting Room are open for business and we are moving forward other scheduled events.  Please keep checking our website and social media for updates as information comes to light. We have instituted a heightened vigilance for frequent and ongoing sanitization throughout all areas of guest contact, including gathering places, meeting rooms, retail spaces, and overnight accommodations. We will continue to review and monitor our approach and will adjust our training and communication to the recommendations and advice of the CDC and other relevant public agencies.

Durant at Red Ridge Farms

Vinaigrette is a salad dressing made of two main ingredients that instantly amps up the flavor of your dish. With just extra virgin olive oil and vinegar, you can transform salads, roasted vegetables, and even marinate meat or seafood for a savory dish.

This class will focus on using basic techniques using a combination of Durant Extra Virgin Olive Oils, Fused Olive Oils, and Aperö Vinegars to create easy dressings and marinades in minutes. After the demonstration, you will be able to sample them on an assortment of prepared salads, vegetables, and bread. We will have recipes to take home so you can make these in your own kitchen! Durant Vineyards wines will be available for sale by the glass.

We ask that all class & event fees be settled at the time of your reservation. You may cancel your reservation 7 days prior to the date of the event or class and receive a full refund. Within 7 days of the class or event reservations are non-refundable.
