Learn to bake delicious bread at home like a pro!  Kusuma Rao, Chef/Owner of Ruchikala Personal Chef Service, is back (she taught the amazing Saag Paneer class last spring) to lead you through the bread making process, step-by-step.  We’ll explore tips and tricks to make the best no-knead bread with a crispy crust and soft interior. Instruction will cover kneading, hydration, proofing and baking.  You’ll also learn how to make a delicious cumin roasted cauliflower hummus that spreads beautifully on your homemade loaf!  Enjoy complimentary light snacks and Durant Vineyards wine sold by the glass or bottle.

We ask that all class & event fees be settled at the time of your reservation. You may cancel your reservation 14 days prior to the date of the event or class and receive a full refund. Within 14 days of the class or event reservations are non-refundable, although you may transfer your reservation to friends or family.
