Demystifying Spices: Saag Paneer with EVOO
Do you want to feel confident making curries at home? Join Chef Kusuma Rao for an evening of Demystifying curries and spices. We will unpack the intricacies that lie beneath a delicious saag paneer. Saag paneer (pictured above) is a wonderful creamy, spicy menagerie of greens, onions, ginger, garlic and spices with bites of fresh farmers cheese. At this cooking class demonstration you will learn to make this Punjabi classic using traditional Indian spices and Oregon Olive Mill EVOO. After class you will feast on your masterpiece while sipping Durant Vineyards wine.
