Canning & Preserving Workshop
Join Sarah Marshall, of Marshall’s Haute Sauce in this interactive hands on waterbath canning class. You will walk away with the skills you need to start canning your own food. You will be inspired and ready to safely can in your own home. We will discuss supplies, recipes, and go through the canning process together. You will work on your own jar of savory tarragon pickled grapes to take home at the end of the class.
Price: $50 (Club Members, $45)
We ask that all class & event fees be settled at the time of your reservation. You may cancel your reservation 7 days prior to the date of the event or class and receive a full refund. Within 7 days of the class or event reservations are non-refundable.
