Annual Harvest Dinner
Let’s celebrate the completion of this year’s harvest with a farm style feast!. Durant wines and extra virgin olive oils take center stage at this bountiful dinner of fresh Willamette Valley ingredients.
Portland Chef Jason French (Chef/Owner of Ned Ludd and Elder Hall) has created a seasonal, scratch made menu. French pays homage to forgotten hand-crafted techniques and the European roots of great food and drink. From butchering his own meats to canning summer tomatoes – French makes nearly everything from scratch. Pickles, mustard, chili sauce, jams and jellies, fresh charcuterie and breads all made in house with ingredients from local friendly farmers and purveyors. Every course is an expression of the Northwest fall harvest, and a celebration of the bounty of Oregon.
