Classic Olio Nuovo Bruschetta

• 1 lb diced tomatoes, drained
• Durant Olive Mill Olio Nuovo evoo
• 3 stalks fresh basil, stems removed
• 1 tbs chopped garlic
• 1/2 tbs of Kosher salt
• Durant Kitchen Roasted Garlic Sea Salt
• Rustic baguette, sliced and lightly toasted
Place diced tomatoes in a colander and let drain for 5 minutes.
Place all ingredients in food processor and pulse until all is combined – approximately 4-5 pulses.
Once combined let stand for 10 minutes to allow flavors to marinate.
Spoon onto sliced baguette and top with Durant Roasted Garlic Sea Salt and a generous helping of Durant Olive Mill Arbequina Olio Nuovo EVOO.
Serve immediately – Enjoy!
