Tuscan Olio Nuovo
Milled in November of 2011, this oil is incredibly fresh and just recently bottled. The oil has yet to filter or clarified and loaded with flavor.
These are all Italian varietal olives that grown and harvested together. A blend of Leccino, Frantoio, and Pendolino this is a classic Italian oil. Load with robust flavor and pungency this is delicious oil.
