Welcome to Durant Vineyards

As pioneers in the Oregon wine industry, the Durant family established the first of their vineyards in 1973. The Red Hills of Dundee offer a unique microclimate that provides long, warm days with cool evenings that allow the grapes to slowly ripen and develop unique complexity. The vineyard soils are comprised mainly of the famous red Jory, but also include a small amount of Woodburn. The vines are dry farmed with minimal intervention, producing world class grapes. Our 60+ acre vineyard is comprised of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Chardonnay varietals.

We are extremely involved in farming the land and employ careful and sustainable agriculture techniques. Our family’s goal over the past three decades has remained the same: to raise high-quality grapes to create superior wines.
