Winter Cooking & Dinner Series: SAUSAGE MAKING
Learn to love to cook in this series of engaging hands-on feast classes at Red Ridge Farms. Each class offers the opportunity to pick up cooking skills, discover new recipes, and create some delicious memories. Participants learn first-hand how to make every menu item. Classes are conducted by Corey S. Pressman, Portland-based cooking guide, writer, and creativity coach. The vision of the instructor is for all class participants to be involved in each step of preparing the meal, from prep to plating. When the meal is collectively prepared the class will sit down together to enjoy the meal family style as a whole. All the while the perfect Durant Vineyard wine pairings round out every course.
March Class: Spring Sausage Learn to make sausage from scratch! This feast class celebrates spring with hand-made lamb sausage, early veggies, and delectable citrus sorbet.
