Preserving the Harvest Workshop
For those who prefer homegrown food from the pantry deep into the winter. We’ll dive into preservation techniques with hands-on demonstrations from Portland Seedhouse pro Evan Gregoire. Portland Seedhouse will host a tasting devoted to storage crops like winter squash, potatoes, spices, peppers, pickling, celery, beans and canning tomatoes.

We ask that all class & event fees be settled at the time of your reservation. You may cancel your reservation 7 days prior to the date of the event or class and receive a full refund. Within 7 days of the class or event reservations are non-refundable.
